The Area

The Northern Costa Blanca is the Mediterranean coast between Valencia and Alicante, which has a special charm within its unique landscape. This point on the coast with its fantastic sandy beaches, cliffs, beautiful coves and creeks with rocks and crystal clear water, is our home and is famous world wide for its mild climate and therapeutic qualities.

More than 300 sunny days a year and a very balanced climate, prompted the World Health Organisation to designate this area as “one of the healthiest places in the world to live” …a warm and healthy environment that gurantees good humour and joyful feeling of being alive.

Apart from its exemplary infrastructure with supermarkets, banks, medical centres, schools, tennis courts, golf clubs, and marinas, this region also has the advantage of being easily accessible by the fast, modern A7 motorway to the two International airports, of Alicante and Valencia and to the rest of Europe. There is also possibility to arrive by train or bus.

A 15min drive to the port of Denia gives easy access to the Islands of Ibiza, Mallorca and Formantura. You can be partying in Ibiza in 2 hrs or relaxing on one of the many beaches in Mallorca in 4 hours.

Or for some of the best shopping in the world it is possible to  catch a fast train to Barcalona or Madrid in only 3 hrs see the sights of two of the best cities in the world.

Moraira
Described as Spain’s mini St. Tropez, Moraira has grown from a humble fishing patch into an exclusive and beautiful village on the Spanish seaboard.  Around Moraira and its marina, there are 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and crystal clear water, numerous small coves with a multitude of bars, restaurants and cafeterias to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

Javea
The cosmopolitan town of Javea is located between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao. La Nao is the easternmost point of Spain's coastline.  Split into three distinct areas, Javea remains a busy town all year round.  The interesting mix of soft sandy beaches and small, shingled beaches bordered by pine trees make this a popular centre for diving and naturist beaches. A more traditional Javea is found inland with grape drying houses, almond and orange groves, remnants of a once thriving agricultural centre.

Denia
Denia, the capital of the Marina Alta, is a modern working city offering both visitors and residents a wide range of services.  Denia is located in the north of the Alicante province, with over 20 km of long stretches of fine sandy beaches.

Altea
The glazed blue dome of Altea's church can be seen from miles around and is a symbolic image of the Costa Blanca. Altea is situated on a hill whose peak rises above the white-tiled parish church. The magnificently jumbled and cluttered, cobble stoned centre of the Old Town provides Altea with a special charm.

Calpe
The town of Calpe with its narrow winding streets, traditional Spanish architecture and 11 km of calm blue Mediterranean waters, is a place where outstanding natural beauty, gastronomy and culture are part of everyday life. The area, due to its natural beauty is very popular with scuba divers, hikers and climbers.

Benissa
Benissa is a town engulfed in history and located some 4 km from the coast.  The road to the coast is tapered with terraced hills, home to fertile citrus-orchards, olive trees, almonds and vineyards.  Its coastline is peppered with small coves and beaches nestled between pine woods.
