The Buy to Let market in the northern Costa Blanca is currently very strong.  Recent statistics show that the towns of Moraira and Javea are the most popular villa holiday rental destinations in Europe, ahead of France, Portugal and Italy.

Even in today's economic downturn, rental yields often exceed the financing costs and annual maintenance charges, leaving the investor to enjoy a self-financing asset, a little profit and the use of a wonderful property.

Property prices in Spain have fallen between 30% and 40% since late 2007, meaning that a Buy-to-Let investment property is a far more attractive option than before.  While Costa Blanca properties top the Spanish league table in terms of ratio between rental income and property prices, selection criteria for the right property, in the right location and at the right price, is critical.
